What this task asks for

Add ANSI tokenization, reset-preserving truncation, and style-aware output helpers. Add preserve-resets and ANSI-safe truncation to termenv. Add WithPreserveResets(bool) OutputOption to set the Output default. Output.String must create styles inheriting the default. Output.Truncate enables preserve-resets when outputDefault || opts.PreserveResets. When preserve-resets is enabled, re-open the enclosing style after each reset run. Truncation must never split CSI/OSC sequences.
