Add error stack serialization to SuperJSON

What this task asks for

Add configurable serialization and restoration of error stacks, stack frames, causes, and sanitization in SuperJSON. Add a new `errorStack` constructor option to SuperJSON. `string` serializes a processed stack string when `stack` is allowed. Add three Error rules with annotations `Error`, `Error/stack`, and `Error/frames`. Circular cause chains must stop cleanly. The following must be exported as named exports from specific modules (use `.js` extensions when importing, as the project uses ESM): `processStackString`, `processStackFrames`, `normalizeStackNewlines` from `error-stack.js`. `ErrorClassRegistry` must implement `register(name: string, fn: Processor): void`, `has(name: string): boolean`, and `getProcessor(name: string): Processor | undefined`.
