What this task asks for

Add conditional dependencies so options can require or hide based on other option presence or values. Dependency checks must handle both wrapped parser states and plain state objects. Dependency evaluation must not invoke completion on undefined parsers; guards must prevent calling `complete` (or similar) with `undefined` state. When a dependency is unsatisfied **and not required**, the dependent option must be **hidden** from generated help and completion suggestions. Visibility filtering must read dependency metadata from the usage term so wrapped options (e.g. via `withDefault`) retain correct behavior. Even when hidden, parsing must **succeed** if the user explicitly provides the dependent option while the dependency is unsatisfied and not required. If the dependee is explicitly provided with a **falsy** value (e.g. `--flag=false`), that counts as an unsatisfied dependency and supplying the dependent option **must fail**.
