What this task asks for

Add daemon watch validation, state tracking, logging, and lifecycle commands with non-blocking run-once processing. Add daemon lifecycle, run-once, validation, state, watch, batch, logging, and notification CLI options. Scan only top-level files, avoid network and prompts, and move stable files without overwriting destinations. Combine CLI and JSON-configured watch paths while validating required path, movie directory, and exclusion fields. Create non-empty state before daemon processing and append per-cycle logs at the state-derived log path. Apply stability checks and a global batch-size cap while skipping only `.part` suffixes. Use exit code 2 for invalid lifecycle or configuration requests and keep dry-run free of state, log, and file changes.
