Add value-based query predicates to Koota

What this task asks for

Add composable value-based entity predicates with dependency tracking and change transitions. Export new `createPredicate` accepting dependency traits array and a predicate function. `set` or `add` on dependency re-evaluates the predicate. `Not(predicate)` matches entities missing any dependency or where predicate returns false. `Or` accepts predicates. `Added(predicate)` matches entities satisfying the predicate not present in the previous result. Predicates add no data to callback tuple.
