What this task asks for
Add a stable unified manifest stream for template, dry-run install/upgrade, and get manifest output. `helm template`, `helm install --dry-run`, `helm upgrade --dry-run`, and `helm get manifest` must emit a unified manifest stream. For install and upgrade dry-runs, output must present a single `MANIFEST` section. When hook and non-hook resources share the same `Source` path, `helm get manifest` must place those hooks before non-hook resources. The dry-run `MANIFEST` section must not add extra trailing blank lines. `helm template` output must end with a trailing newline. Upgrade dry-run output must not include the `Happy Helming!` success line.
