What this task asks for

Implement baseline capture, drift comparison, and compliance tracking for container configurations. Add drift baseline, drift record, and compliance snapshot models with SQLite and PostgreSQL migration 041 files. Compare live container configurations against the active baseline and create one drift record per changed field. Compare Env, Ports, and Volumes without regard to order and auto-resolve only detected conditions that clear. Keep drift detection enabled by default and make service and scheduler paths safe when dependencies are nil. Expose baseline, detection, drift, and history operations through native Gin routes with lowerCamelCase JSON. Register the service, routes, scheduler job, and default drift settings in application bootstrap code.
